Terms & Conditions
Processing Time
Depends on how many commissions I currently am taking, but generally speaking I should get back to you within 2-14 days. If I do not contact you by the 14th day, feel free to contact me again to check out on the status of your request. Twitter is the most reliable away to reach out and I usually respond within 48 hours on there.
If your commission looks like it might take a while to get to, I will reach out to give an estimate based on the people in front of you (~7 days after initial contact).
Payment
Before any work will be done on your commission, some form of payment must be worked out. Most commissions are expected to be paid in full upfront. However, if it looks like the final price of the commission will exceed $60, a partial payment method may be worked out.
All transactions are done through Paypal, even if it's through Ko-fi. All my prices are in USD.
Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations after I have started working on the commission will not result in a refund. If you wish for a refund, please make sure to cancel before I start working on the project.
I am also allowed to cancel commissions for any reason. In these instances, you will receive a full refund.
Revisions
For revisions, the first 10 revisions + 3 major revisions will be free.
Charged revisions cost $5 per minor revision + $10 per major revision. Additionally, if it is obvious to me that you are abusing the free revisions, I do have the right to start charging for them or cancelling the order entirely.
Rights and Ownership
Do not re-sell or take credit for my work. You may modify the piece as you see fit, unless it is to use it for violating the previously stated condition. And do not feed any of my work into an AI program.
Please credit me somewhere, this can be in the description of your video upload, below on your stream page, on your social media post, etc. Credit me using (@galaphobia_) on Twitter.
While these works will be made for you, they are still my work and I can use them as well.
Your commissioned works will also appear on my portfolio site after being unveiled publicly by you. Additionally, if you wish for me to refrain from posting WIP of your commissioned pieces on social media, please inform me beforehand.
